A Great New Way to Read the Global News.

A Great New Way to Read the Global News.

The News Museum in Washington, also known as the "Newseum", has an amazing new feature to help you navigate your way through current affairs around the world. Collaborating with 86 countries, their website brings you the front page of today's newspaper from over 800 newspapers. Using the site is incredibly easy and can be very insightful about how different places view current events.

Each region has its own tab (USA, Asia, The Middle East, etc.) that when you click it, it will show  you a map with all of the different newspapers. Every orange dot is a newspaper's front page. Hovering over one with your mouse will show you a small picture of the page, the name of the newspaper and where is it published. Clicking on the orange dot will open a new window with the page in full view.
On the left bottom side of the map you will see arrows and +/- icons which will allow you to zoom in and navigate the map. This will help you deal with areas that offer a lot of front pages. The site updates all the time, and it’s a great source for bite sized pieces of news from all over the world. Click here, or on the picture above, and start getting all the news you want!
